Refund Policy – Pelvic Power Academy
Thank you for purchasing from Pelvic Power Academy.
Due to the digital nature of our course, we maintain the following refund policy.
1. Digital Product Notice
All products sold are digital training programs.
Once access is granted, content can be immediately viewed or downloaded.
For this reason, refunds are limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have completed less than 30% of the course
- You submit a written explanation
- You provide proof of effort to implement the training

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed
- Majority of the course has been accessed
- Refund abuse is suspected
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you may lose future access to our services.
